Movement Assessment for Women in Tucson
A thoughtful starting point for understanding how you move, what you want to build, and what your strength training could look like.
Your Movement Assessment
You don't need to know what kind of training you need before you walk through the door. That's part of what we're here to help you understand. Your Movement Assessment gives us time to learn about you before we start building a program around you.
What We'll Look At
We'll explore foundational movement patterns including:
• Squat
• Hinge
• Push
• Pull
• Lunge
• Locomotion
We'll also consider balance, mobility, coordination, stability, and how your individual structure and movement history influence the way you move.
This isn't a test you pass or fail.
We're gathering information so we can make better decisions about your training.
What We'll Talk About
Before we start moving, we'll talk about your goals, training experience, lifestyle, injury or movement history, and anything you're unsure or concerned about.
This is also your opportunity to ask questions.
If you've never worked with a trainer before, that's completely okay.
What You'll Leave With
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of:
What you're already doing well
Where we see opportunities to build strength or movement capacity
Which movements or training approaches may be most appropriate for you.
What your next steps could look like
You'll receive individualized recommendations based on what we find.
What Happens Next?
Nothing unless you want it to. There is no requirement to purchase personal training after your assessment.
If you'd like continued support, we'll talk through the options that make the most sense for your goals, whether that's private coaching, small group training, or personalized programming.
If you choose a training package, $50 of your Movement Assessment fee is applied toward your package.
Investment: $150
