Additional Information
Medical Clearance
For individuals returning to training after surgery, injury, illness, or a medically advised break, a medical release from a healthcare provider may be required before beginning or resuming training. This helps ensure your return-to-strength process is approached with appropriate care, pacing, and support. If you’re unsure whether this applies to you, you’re welcome to reach out and we can talk it through together.
A Note on Pricing & Fit
Rates are shared after an initial conversation to ensure the right level of support for your goals, needs, and current season of life.
Because every client is different, recommendations are personalized rather than one-size-fits-all.
We value clarity, fairness, and accessibility. If cost is a concern or you're unsure where to begin, you're always welcome to reach out. We'll talk it through together and help you find the best starting point.
There is never any pressure to commit before we've had a conversation.
For many clients, the journey begins with a Movement Assessment, providing a clear understanding of how your body moves and a thoughtful plan for moving forward with confidence.
Ready to Begin?
If you're curious about what support might look like for you, we'd love to connect.
This is simply a conversation. You don't need to have it all figured out.
Wherever you're starting, you're welcome here. Together, we'll build strength that supports your life, today and for years to come.

Stories from the Collective
What can I say? Strong As I Am is an answer to prayer! Josephine’s heart, care, & knowledge are all endless! I love being able to ask as many questions as I need & see proper form in real time.
What started off as a birthday gift to myself, has become an amazing journey of encouragement & strength. Shout out to this fearless coach who helped me overcome my lifting fear after breaking my finger years ago. I’ve gone from lifting only 5 lbs to over 43 lbs in just 6 months! Here’s to lifting over 100 pounds as I run this beautiful race of faith.
THANK YOU!
— Kriste J. (44 yrs young)Working out with Josephine has been absolutely amazing. Every session is thoughtfully designed, and her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. She brings so much passion, knowledge, and kindness into her training.
The workouts are challenging, but I always leave feeling strong, accomplished, and proud of myself. She even follows up with a text message sharing stretches to do later that day and the next, which shows how deeply she cares about her clients’ progress and recovery.
Her understanding of the female body and what it needs to train efficiently and safely is truly unparalleled. Finding her has been such a gift.
— Lizz M.I am absolutely thrilled with my personal training program, which was thoughtfully tailored to my specific stage of life and physical needs. The expertise and care shown in designing a routine that respects my recent shoulder and neck surgeries has already led to noticeable improvements in my strength and mobility. Most importantly, I feel completely supported and guided rather than pressured, making this a truly empowering and positive experience.

No. You don't need to already be strong or "in shape" to begin.
Every movement is taught, coached, and adapted to meet you where you are. Whether it's your first experience with strength training or you're returning after time away, we'll build from what your body can do today and progress at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and sustainable.

Yes. For clients working in private or semi-private coaching, Strong As I Am Collective can offer optional InBody body composition scans through a private studio partnership.
These scans provide information such as lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, and overall body composition. When appropriate, this information may help guide training decisions and provide additional context for physical development.
The Strong As I Am Collective approach does not center on shrinking bodies or chasing numbers. Our focus is building strength, resilience, and long term capacity.
Body composition data is simply one piece of information among many. Progress is measured through strength, energy, function, and sustainable habits over time.
Body composition scans are available as an optional tool for private and semi private clients.
At Strong As I Am Collective, the goal is not to become less. The goal is to become stronger, more capable, and more at home in your body.
